Deal Finalized For Nemo Mortar Systems For LAVs

Finnish defense firm Patria says it has signed the final subcontract for Nemo turreted mortar systems for the U.S. military.

General Dynamics Land Systems Canada selected the Nemo system for LAV III vehicles for the U.S. military.

Under the terms of the deal, Patria will supply 36 Nemo systems for the program. The original deal was made in June between Patria and Mecar of Belgium.
