Deal Awarded For Viper Attack Helicopters

The U.S. Naval Air Systems Command has awarded Bell Helicopter Textron, Fort Worth, Texas, a contract modification for attack helicopters for Bahrain, reports the Dept. of Defense.
The US$240 million Foreign Military Sales deal covers 12 Lot 16 AH-1Z Viper attack helicopters, said a Pentagon release on Feb. 7.
