Police say a group of Buddhists have attacked a passenger bus, killing nine Muslims in western Burma, reports Reuters.
The bus came under attack on Sunday night near Taunggoke in the western Rakhine state by a vigilante group that blamed some of its passengers for the murder of a Buddhist woman a week ago, according to local residents.
One person traveling in a separate car was also reportedly killed.
