More than two dozen Iraqis have been killed or wounded by a pair of explosions near the city of Baquba, northeast of Baghdad, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).
A suicide car bomber blew himself up Thursday night outside a packed cafe in the village of Abu Garma. Minutes later, another bomb exploded inside the cafe, said security officials.
Baquba is the capital of Diyala province.
Nine people were killed and 21 others were wounded, said medics.
