A bomb blast at a Shi'ite mosque in southern Pakistan has killed at least 20 people and wounded 55, reports Bloomberg News.
The casualty totals have been rising.
Local officials said the blast occurred on Friday in Shikapur in the Sindh province, reported Al Jazeera (Qatar).
Many worshippers were trapped under the roof of the mosque, which collapsed from the blast, reported AFP.
