Cyber Unit Planned For Defense League

The Estonian Ministry of Defense wants to set up a separate cyber-defense unit in the Estonian Defense League, reports Estonian Public Radio.
The league is a voluntary, national guard-type organization that has a general staff and territorial districts.
The paramilitary league began developing an informal cyber-defense-related cooperative networks after the widespread, crippling 2007 cyberattacks on Estonia's government and banking sector.
