A new German cyber defense center is fully operational, reports Deutsche Welle.
The center was officially activated by Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich at a ceremony on Thursday in Bonn.
The facility is designed to find and evaluate cyber attacks and develop cyber defense strategies.
