Saudi authorities say they have arrested more than 400 suspects linked to the Islamic State (ISIS) over the past few weeks who were planning attacks, reports the Wall Street Journal.
Most of the 431 people detained are Saudi citizens who weremanaged from abroad and sought to create "sectarian strife," said an Interior Ministry statement. The arrests were announced on Saturday.
