U.S. officials are considering changing tactics against Afghan militants, frustrated by Pakistan's inaction, reports the Press Trust of India.
Under consideration are possible joint commando raids against militants in Pakistan, reported the Nation (Pakistan).
The White House has reportedly been hesitant to make such moves, worried the potential success would not be worth the diplomatic blowback from Pakistan.
