The European Union's top court has ruled against three member states for violating the bloc's refugee policy, reports BBC News.
On Thursday, the European Court of Justice ruled against the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland for failing to abide by the terms of a 2015 agreement.
That accord stipulated that about 160,000 refugees then residing in Greece and Italy would be more evenly distributed across member states to share the burden, reported the New York Times.
