A Burkinabe court has indicted former President Blaise Compaore for the murder of his predecessor in a coup in 1987, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).
On Tuesday, a military court indicted Compaore for complicity in the assassination of Thomas Sankara, undermining state security and receiving cadavers, according to a court document seen by Reuters.
Thirteen others were also indicted for their alleged roles in the plot.
