Pakistani counterterror forces say they have killed the leader of the banned Lashkar I Jhangvi (LJ) terrorist group, reports Geo News (Pakistan).
Asif Choto, also known as Rizwan, was reportedly killed alongside three other terrorists in an encounter Wednesday night near Sheikhupura in Punjab province, said a spokesman for the Counter-Terror Dept. (CTD).
According to the CTD, the suspects opened fire while being pursued. Three reportedly escaped.
