Congress Balks As Army Shifts Strategy On WIN-T Network Project

The U.S. Army has been asking lawmakers to shift around half a billion dollars from the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) system and spend the money on capabilities that will provide a more survivable, mobile and hardened tactical network, reports C4ISRNet.
