Concerns Raised In Cables Over Pakistani Nukes

According to leaked U.S. diplomatic cables, Pakistan is producing nuclear weapons at a "faster rate" than any other country in the world, the Times of India reports.

The cables were recently published by the website WikiLeaks and widely reported.

Dr. Peter Lavoy, the U.S. National Intelligence Officer for South Asia, made the assessment on Pakistan's nukes to NATO representatives in November 2008.
