Commission Adds Saudi Arabia To Draft Terrorism Financing Blacklist

The European Commission, the executive body of the European Union, has added Saudi Arabia to a draft terrorism financing blacklist, reports Pakistan Today.
The draft blacklist was updated last week using new criteria developed by the commission since 2017, sources told Reuters on Friday.
Countries are blacklisted if they pose a threat to the E.U.'s financial system due to lax controls against terrorism financing and money laundering. The current list consists of 16 countries,...
