Commanders Named For Black Sea, Northern Fleets

President Dmitry Medvedev has named the next commanders of the Russian Black Sea and Northern fleets, reports Interfax-AVN.
Vice Adm. Vladimir Koroloyov will head the Northern Fleet. He previously commanded the Black Sea Fleet.
Rear Adm. Alexander Fedotenkov will replace Koroloyov as the Black Sea Fleet chief. He has been serving as the commander of the Leningrad naval base.
