The Estonian Defense Ministry wants to amend legislation to permit military intelligence officials to collect information outside of the Baltic country, reports the Baltic News Service.
The bill in question would authorize the collection of certain intelligence outside of Estonia. Currently, the military can only gather such information during international operations.
