The Norwegian and Russian coast guards have agreed to exchange information to combat poaching in the Barents Sea, reports the Barents Observer.
Norwegian military and Russian border guard officials from Murmansk met in Kirkenes, Norway, last week to discuss cooperation for the rest of the year.
