The U.S. Coast Guard has been trying to contain a massive oil slick in the Gulf of Mexico that threatens the coast of Louisiana, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Currently about the size of Jamaica, the oil slick was about 20 miles off the coast Tuesday morning and is expected to reach the shore by the weekend, said Coast Guard officials.
