Clinton Signs Strategic Accord

After a 25-year nuclear dispute, the United States and New Zealand have signed a new accord.

New Zealand Minister of Foreign Affairs Murray McCully formalized the strategic partnership with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Wellington last week, reports the U.S. State Dept.

The State Dept. said the agreement aims to improve cooperation in the Pacific region and enhance political and subject-matter expert dialogue, including regular meetings at the foreign minister...
