The Yemeni government says its troops killed at least 20 Houthi rebels in the northern provinces of Malahidh and Saada in the midst of truce discussions, the Voice of America News reports.
Rebel leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi said Saturday that his forces would accept five of the government's conditions. Yemeni officials rejected the offer because he did not agree to all terms.
