CIA Sending More Analysts Overseas

A new CIA blueprint for the agency's future says more analysts will be deployed alongside operators at home and abroad, the Washington Post reports.

Director Leon Panetta called the fusion of the operations and analytical personnel "key to victories in counterterrorism and counterproliferation."
