An assessment by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has concluded that the Iranian government will spend most of the funds it gains from the lifting of international sanctions on boosting its economy rather than on militant groups it has long supported, say unnamed officials cited by the Los Angeles Times.
