The South Korean army and navy just held a large-scale joint live-fire exercise in response to threats from North Korea, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
Tuesday's artillery drills took place just south of the eastern border with North Korea, the army said. The training involved the service's new 230-mm Chunmoo multiple rocket launchers.
