The Vietnamese government has accused Chinese coast guard escort vessels and an oil-survey vessel of repeatedly entering Vietnamese waters over the past several months, reports the South China Morning Post. The violations occurred over the past three months in several foreign-owned resource blocks in Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone (EEZ).
