China, Vietnam Clash Over Oil Rights In South China Sea

Vietnam's state-owned oil company has accused China of sabotaging its oil exploration vessels in the South China Sea, reports the Financial Times (U.K.).

PetroVietnam officials have claimed that China has harassed Vietnamese vessels with aircraft and cut Vietnamese exploration cables.
