Child Killed In Peshawar School Bombing

An 8-year-old boy was killed Monday and 10 others wounded in an explosion outside a school in the northwest Pakistani city of Peshawar, Agence France-Presse reports.
The explosive device, packed with ball bearings and steel, was planted in a shop near the school, said police. A parked car and two shops were also damaged in the blast.
The bomb was set on a timer and was aimed at schoolchildren, police said. Several other children were among those wounded, reported Reuters. ...
