Several changes have just been made to Basic Combat Training (BCT), reports the U.S. Army.
Lt. Gen. Mark Hertling, deputy commanding general for Initial Military Training, outlined some of the new changes that took effect on July 1 -- including an extension from nine weeks to 10 and an expansion of rifle marksmanship training.
