A top Navy officer says several changes are under consideration for the mission modules planned for the service's new Littoral Combat Ships, reports the Navy Times.
The Rapid Airborne Mine-Clearance System (RAMICS), which is part of the mine-countermeasure module, may be cut due to delays and cost growth, said Adm. Frank Pandolfe, the head of the surface warfare division.
