Car Bomb Kills 2 In Provincial Capital

A car bomb exploded Thursday in Dalea province in southern Yemen, killing two people and wounding 22 others, Radio Netherlands reports.
The bomb was planted in a police vehicle in Dalea city, the provincial capital, said security officials. A police officer was among the fatalities.
The blast occurred in a qat market near police headquarters, said officials. Qat is a widely used narcotic.
