Car Bomb Hits Residential Area In Anbar Province

A car bomb tore through a crowded neighborhood Tuesday in the western Iraqi town of Amiriya in Anbar province, the Los Angeles Times reports.

At least 11 people were killed and 31 were injured, said medical and security officials. Five police officers were reported among the wounded.
