For the first time, a non-American officer has led the Cyber Flag cyber defense exercise, reports the Air Force magazine. Capt. Shae Luhowy of the Royal Canadian Air Force led the drills, which took place at a Joint Staff facility in Suffolk, Va., from June 21-28, the magazine reported on July 12. Around 650 personnel from the U.S. Dept. of Defense and the other Five Eyes intelligence-sharing partner nations, including the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and Canada, participated....
