During a visit to Afghanistan, British Prime Minister David Cameron called the war there his primary foreign policy concern, while ruling out sending more British troops, the Guardian (U.K.) reports.
In Kabul, Cameron said Thursday that he wanted a "very clear focus" on Britain's national security interests, including stopping Al-Qaida.
