Cabinet Quits Amid Growing Violence

Burkinabe Prime Minister Paul Kaba Thieba and his Cabinet have resigned following a spate of violence in the west African country, reports BBC News.
The resignations were announced by President Roch Marc Christian Kabore during a televised statement on Friday. No reason for the move was made public.
President Kabore wanted to reinvigorate the government in response to the crisis, according to unnamed sources cited by Agence Presse-France.
