The Colombian navy has made major drug bust on a submarine in the Pacific Ocean, reports EFE, the Spanish news agency.
The navy seized almost three tons of cocaine that was hidden in a small four-man submarine heading toward the border region between Guatemala and Mexico, said officials on Tuesday.
The Colombian navy and police, as well as U.S. naval units, spotted the vessel as it left the Sanquianga National Park in the southwestern province of Narino, said the navy.
