Bus Blast Evidence Points To Islamists, Say Manila Police

Philippine officials say the bomb used in an attack in Manila was similar to those previously used by Muslim insurgents in the country's south, the Voice of America News reports.

Five people were killed and at least 13 others wounded on Tuesday when a bomb tore apart a bus near the city's financial district.
