Burden-Sharing Talks With U.S. Set To Begin Next Week

South Korean officials say negotiations with the U.S. on sharing the costs of maintaining American forces on the peninsula will start next week, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
The initial discussions are expected to begin on Sept. 24 or Sept. 25, an anonymous source said on Friday.
