A Russian defense source says there will be a test of the troubled Bulava (SS-NX-30) submarine-launched ballistic missile on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reports.
The launch will take place from the Yuri Dolgoruky nuclear submarine in the Barents Sea.
Previous launches were from a Dmitry Donsky submersible, noted AvioNews.
Several failures have been officially blamed on manufacturing defects.
Russia is planning to conduct at least four Bulava test launches this year.
