The Russian navy is assuming overall control of the production of the troubled Bulava submarine-launched ballistic missile, reports the Barents Observer.
"The navy must take control over the whole process, from the beginning to the end of the production line," said Vladimir Vysotskii, the navy chief.
A final report on the most recent failure of the Bulava missile is also due to be released on May 20, Vysotskii said.
