Bucharest Demands Compensation For Late Delivery Of APCs

The Romanian Defense Ministry has decided to penalize General Dynamics for the late delivery of Piranha V 8 x 8 armored personnel carriers, reports Romania Insider. The defense ministry is preparing the paperwork for 8.5 million euros (US$9.3 million) in penalties, said Defense Minister Gabriel Les.
