Brigade Combat Team Training Blasted By GAO

The Army has inadequate plans for training its brigade combat teams, says a new report cited by the Stars and Stripes.
The Army Force Generation model calls for BCTs to take part in 36 or 37 training rotations each year; however, the Army's three maneuver combat training centers can only run 28 such rotations annually, notes a recent Government Accountability Office report.
