The Pakistani navy has chosen a Brazilian commercial airframe to serve as the basis of its new maritime patrol aircraft, reports Defense News.
The Embraer Lineage 1000 aircraft has been selected to replace the navy's P-3C Orion surveillance planes, an unnamed source with knowledge of the program told the paper.
