Border Guards Killed By Man Crossing Into Yemen

Saudi officials say an unidentified gunman has attacked Saudi border guards near the frontier with Yemen, reports the New York Times.
Two guards were killed in the incident early Tuesday, and a third border officer was wounded in the clash near the Wadia border crossing, said officials.
The man was trying to cross the border into Yemen from the Saudi province of Najran when stopped by the border guards, said an Interior Ministry spokesman.
