Two car bombings in al-Hasakah province in northeastern Syria have killed at least 26 people, reports Al Arabiya (Dubai).
The bombings took place about 30 minutes apart on Monday.
Thirteen civilians were killed, as were six members of the Kurdish security forces and seven fighters from a pro-Assad militia, according to the U.K.-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
