U.S. Pacific Air Forces says two B-52H Stratofortress bombers have conducted routine training flights near the South China Sea, reports the South China Morning Post.
The bombers took off on Wednesday from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, and conducted training near the South China Sea, said an Air Force spokeswoman.
The operation was part of the U.S. commitment to a "free and open Indo-Pacific," said a PACAF release.
