Bomb Squad Injured Defusing Device In Kashmir

Thirteen people were wounded Wednesday in a bomb explosion in the Rawalakot district of Pakistan-administered Kashmir, the Dawn (Pakistan) reports.
The homemade bomb had been hidden in a milk container planted on a road leading to a military base, police said.
The device exploded as police and civilian bomb disposal experts were trying to defuse it, security officials said.
