Bomb Plot Foiled Near Algiers

Algerian authorities say that security forces have foiled a bomb plot in Algiers, reports Agence France-Presse.
On Tuesday, police arrested three supporters of an unnamed terrorist group in Tipaza Heights, near the capital, reported the Algeria Press Service.
Following the arrest, police were alerted to device planted by the group in the Eucalyptus suburb, the defense ministry said in a statement.
The device was located and deactivated without incident, the ministry said.
