An explosion in an apartment building on Tuesday killed four people and injured nine on the outskirts of the Thai capital of Bangkok, Deutsche Presse-Agentur reports.
The blast in Nonthaburi province was apparently caused by a botched attempt to build a bomb using 10 kg of TNT, the BBC reported.
Part of a battery used in previous bomb attack was found at the scene, said police.
