The Boko Haram Islamist group is offering to release more than 200 young women kidnapped last year in exchange for the release of militant leaders, says a human-rights activist cited by Fox News.
The offer is limited to the girls abducted from the northeastern Nigerian town of Chibok in April 2014, according to the activist.
