The Boko Haram militant group is believed to have killed more than 200 people in a series of recent attacks in Nigeria, reports the Independent (U.K.).
The explosions that occurred late Sunday at a mosque and restaurant in the central city of Jos were responsible for at least 44 deaths and 47 injuries, reported the Voice of America News.
Boko Haram claimed responsibility for that attack and others.
